Manna is built by the people who use it — Zimbabweans, for Zimbabweans. Under Neuronet AI Solutions, we're building the infrastructure every major retailer will run on.
The Insight
The gap that became a company.
We noticed that in Lagos, Nairobi, and Cape Town, you can order from any supermarket. In Harare, you can't. That's not a gap. That's the entire market.
Pick n Pay, OK Zimbabwe, Spar — Zimbabwe's biggest retailers have no digital sales channel. Customers queue for hours. Stores leave money on the table. Thousands of motorbike owners idle on street corners.
We decided to build one platform that solves all three problems at once: a marketplace where customers order, stores sell, and riders earn — all through a single system.

Ngonidzashe Zimbwa
CEO / CTO
Ngoni is the founding architect of Manna Store and CEO of Neuronet AI Solutions. He leads platform architecture, backend development, AI systems, and investor relations. A medical student turned systems builder, he designs every layer of the Manna platform — from database schemas to dispatch algorithms.
Harmony Sithole
COO / Operations Lead
Harmony runs the operational engine of Manna — from rider onboarding and verification to merchant partnerships and on-the-ground logistics. He ensures every rider is vetted and every merchant is ready before launch.
Takudzwa Dube
CPO / Product Lead
Takudzwa owns the Manna product experience — app design, user flows, feature specifications, and quality assurance across all four surfaces. Every screen a customer sees has his fingerprint on it.
Anatida Kachepa
Frontend / Mobile Builder
Anatida builds the mobile apps that customers and riders use every day. From React Native components to production deployment, he turns product specs into living, tappable experiences.
Sera Malonda
Marketing & Finance Lead
Sera drives brand, customer acquisition, social media, and financial tracking. She is the voice of Manna in every market conversation and the steward of every dollar that flows through the platform.
